WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey vs. Shotzi was booked at this year’s WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view event. The following is the play-by-play coverage of the match:
Rousey went for an ankle lock right out of the gate. Shotzi got out of it and did a cannonball into the corner. Shayna shoved Rousey out of the way and Shotzi knocked her down with an outside dive. Shotzi tossed Rousey into the ring steps.
Shotzi went for a dive off the top rope, but Rousey countered it and hit a judo throw. Rousey with an ankle lock, but Shotzi hit her with a head kick. They brawled to the floor and Shotzi did a crossbody off the barricade to take out Shotzi and Rousey as well as some planted fans. Rousey with a judo throw off the middle rope for 2. Rousey with Piper’s Pit then the armbar.
