According to sources, the WWE WrestleMania 32 finishes were not finalized until around 4 PM or 5 PM local time yesterday (Sunday). There were also a lot of production steps like rehearsals and shooting that were skipped this year as WWE oficials knew everything was going to change come Sunday. This happens every single year at WrestleMania.
One example of a late WrestleMania 32 change is that Kevin Owens was originally scheduled to retain the WWE Intercontinental title, but Zack Ryder ended up winning it instead. Also, WWE had planned on closing out the show with the Shane McMahon vs. The Undertaker Hell in a Cell match but they went with Triple H vs. Roman Reigns for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship instead.
