More has come to light about Nikki Bella’s return to WWE as part of last weekend’s 2025 Royal Rumble pay-per-view event.
Bella was the #30 entrant in the women’s Royal Rumble match. She lasted three minutes and eliminated Bayley before being eliminated by Nia Jax.
On a recent episode of Live Q&A on Backstage Pass, WrestleVotes shared that WWE is “thrilled“ to have the WWE Hall of Famer back.
The report adds that merchandise sales for Bella’s merch have been “significant” since her return inside Lucas Oil Stadium.
The belief backstage is that Nikki and her sister became “legitimate stars” outside WWE, with Nikki recently appearing on The Traitors U.S.
WrestleVotes adds that WWE would be willing to let Nikki wrestle as much as she wants, even if that means being back full-time.
Last week’s event marked Nikki’s first match since 2022. Her full-time career ended in 2016 though she briefly returned in 2018.
