There has been a lot of speculation surrounding Oba Femi’s status with WWE following his absence from the NXT tapings. While rumors about his departure turned out to be unfounded, it appears that Femi is currently enjoying a break in Nigeria. There doesn’t seem to be any issues with his health or visa, and he’s expected to return to television soon.
Both Shawn Michaels and Triple H have expressed high regard for Femi, with Triple H in particular being described as a big fan of his work. The fact that there’s talk of extending his 2021 contract suggests that WWE values him highly.
