On a recent edition of the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, Becky Lynch revealed what it took to write her upcoming memoir “The Man: Not Your Average Average Girl” which releases next week.

You can check out some highlights from the podcast below:

On the origin of the book: “My dad, when I was younger, was always telling me to write everything down. And when I rekindled my love for wrestling as a teenager, Mick Foley was my guy … I could see myself in Mick, the person who wasn’t the athlete but had that fight in ’em, and when he wrote a book, I thought ‘Oh, I’ll write a book.’”

On maintaining her motivation: “You’re gonna have the people that are telling you that you’re not good enough, and what I’ve found more than anything is my own voice in my head [expressing self-doubt]. That Irish Mami work ethic and my dad’s whimsical spirit allowed me to have this wacky dream, but work really hard for it.”

On a recent edition of the “Ring The Belle” podcast, Natalya expressed her high expectations for Tegan Nox, noting that the Welsh Superstar would have her breakout moment shortly.

Natalya said, “I play well with others and everybody wants to be Natty’s bestie. Tegan and I had an agreement that, you know, because Tegan and I, we’re both opposites. It’s like she likes dogs. I like cats. She’s low maintenance. I’m high maintenance. She has color in her hair. Natty’s hair is very basic. She’s a high flyer. I stay grounded. But I love Tegan’s passion and I love Like I said, I play well with others, and I love being able to support her because I know she’s had a heck of a journey in the industry.”

She continued, “She’s been wrestling for over 10 years, and I feel like we are just about to see the breakout moment for Tegan, Tegan is really starting to find herself. I feel excited for her, and I’m happy that I can be a support system for her.”
