Becky Lynch and Bayley had an in-ring promo segment face-off on Monday Night RAW, featuring some cheap heat from The Man repping some Chicago Bears attire to rile up the crowd in Green Bay. After jaw-jacking about Becky’s attack on Bayley that took her out of WrestleMania 41, Bayley challenged Lynch to a match.
In typical heel fashion, the women’s Intercontinental Champion didn’t want to do that match in front of this crowd, saying she’d see The Role Model next week on RAW, which takes place June 23, 2025 at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. She then missed a slap to Bayley, who clocked her back with a forearm.
LOL that was such a weak slap from Becky. Bayley got her ass good 🤣 #WWERaw pic.twitter.com/bdzpmwRU5i

It was later made official in a backstage segment with Nick Aldis (filling in for RAW General Manager Adam Pearce) that this match will be for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship, which upset Lyra Valkyria, who told Bayley that if she wins the belt, she’s going to be coming for her to get it back.
Also set for next week’s episode of RAW are the remaining two semifinals matches in the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments, with Roxanne Perez against Jade Cargill and Cody Rhodes against Jey Uso.
To recap, here’s the lineup for the next episode of Monday Night Raw:
- King of the Ring Semifinals: Cody Rhodes vs. Jey Uso
- Queen of the Ring Semifinals: Jade Cargill vs. Roxanne Perez
- Women’s Intercontinental Championship Match: Becky Lynch (c) vs. Bayley
