Shotzi is the new No. 1 contender for the NXT Women’s North American Championship after defeating Stephanie Vaquer, but it came with some controversy.
Jacy Jayne got involved in the match and caused enough of a distraction that the referee nor Shotzi noticed that Fallon Henley would go on to hit Vaquer in the back with the title belt. Shotzi pinned Vaquer with a roll-up out of this, and was upset to see in the replay that she won through dubious means. Vaquer was fuming and stormed around backstage looking for Fatal Influence in an inaudible segment if you were watching on The CW Network.
DID THAT JUST HAPPEN?!@FallonHenleyWWE cost @Steph_Vaquer the match, and @ShotziWWE is now the new No. 1 Contender! 😱#WWENXT pic.twitter.com/aJ63lCiCEw

The Meta Girls (Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson) were also successful in earning a future title shot as they defeated The Unholy Union (Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn) to secure themselves a future opportunity against Bianca Belair and Naomi for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship titles.

Interestingly, Charlotte Flair posted a picture of herself alongside Legend and Jackson, referring to the trio as a “bad b*tch girl gang”.
Some girls want to be a princess when they grow up, I wanted to be in a bad b**ch girl gang. pic.twitter.com/stwVYDNvDD

Could this be an indication that this is a new stable starting up, with Flair leading the charge?
