During a recent appearance on the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, WWE Superstar and Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio commented on being cheered by the fans when he won the title at WrestleMania 41 in a Fatal 4-Way bout.

On the fans cheering him at WrestleMania 41: “My initial reaction was… It felt right. You know? It felt like it belonged. I was not expecting cheers from the crowd at all. You know, I walked out getting booed, so then as soon as that 1-2-3 hits and they just absolutely erupt? I mean, I had never experienced it in my life.”
On how surreal it was to hear fans cheering him: “The people are going absolutely wild. They’re chanting ‘Dirty-Dirty Dom.’ Like, continuously singing, like it was honestly very, very surreal.”
