It’s been two years since Dominik Mysterio turned on his father Rey, but The Judgment Day member is seemingly open to a family reconciliation.
At WWE Clash At The Castle 2022, Dominik turned on his father and Edge (now Adam Copeland in AEW) and has been with The Judgment Day ever since.
In a recent appearance on the “Rosenburg Wrestling” podcast, Dominik claimed that his father would have to be the one to make amends. He said,
“[Rey] would have to publicly get on his knees in the middle of the ring, in front of me, take off his mask, unmask himself willingly, hand it to me like he’s presenting it to me as some sort of offering, and declaring that I am the greatest Mysterio of all time.
“As he gives it to me, he will get down and bow to me, and I will take the mask and obviously just carry on the legacy as the greatest Mysterio that ever lived.”
The Mysterios have been feuding off-and-on since Dominik’s 2022 betrayal with both men holding victories over the other.
Rey Mysterio recently said that he’s open to putting his mask on the line against his son, if Dominik puts his own mullet on the line.
