Debra Marshall has been making major strides since parting ways with WWE.
Debra is best known for her time in World Championship Wrestling (WCW) from 1995 to 1998 as Queen Debra and her tenure in WWE from 1998 to 2002.
Debra began her professional wrestling career in 1995, accompanying her spouse, Steve “Mongo” McMichael, to the ring.
During her time in WWE, Debra managed Jeff Jarrett before engaging in a rivalry with Sable for the WWF Women’s Championship, which she won in 1999.
Debra later became linked with “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, both in storyline and real life, as they were married from 2000 to 2003.
While attending Monopoly Events’ For The Love of Wrestling convention, Debra revealed what she has been up to recently.
She said, “Well, after I left wrestling, I ended up going to University of Alabama, and I received a Bachelor [degree], and then I received a master of science in criminal justice. From the University of Alabama, and now I currently work for the District Attorney’s Office in New Orleans, Louisiana. So it’s been an interesting journey from wrestling to what I do now.”
Debra parted ways with WWE in 2002.
