John Cena will leave the wrestling ring for good at the end of 2025, but the end of his in-ring career could come early at the hands of Grayson Waller.
This week, WWE announced that this year’s Crown Jewel pay-per-view event will take place in Perth, Australia, where Waller calls home.
During a recent appearance on “The Project,” Waller discussed the possibility of facing John Cena, who has been confirmed for Crown Jewel: Perth. He said,
“This is my house, I run this place, if he wants to come here, he’ll have to go through me. That retirement tour is supposed to finish in December, maybe it finishes in October because if he comes anywhere near me in my country, I’m putting him out to pasture.”
Waller and Cena briefly collided in a segment at WWE Money in the Bank 2023 in London, England, resulting in Cena hitting the AA on the Australian.
