Part of the recent set of WWE releases included Gigi Dolin, Shotzi, and Javier Bernal, and those removals from the roster have now factored into the storylines in NXT.
On this week’s episode, Karmen Petrovic and Thea Hail were bonding backstage and Tatum Paxley got triggered by the sight of their budding friendship.
Paxley wrecked her dollhouse and lamented that all her friends leave her, and that’s what these two are going to do to each other at some point when they inevitably betray each other. They have everything, and she’s lost everything. She then stormed off, shouting out for NXT General Manager Ava.

It seems she requested a match with Thea Hail after talking to Ava, and during that match, Paxley started to gouge Hail’s eyes, getting herself disqualified and requiring officials to come out and hold her down.
