WWE Hall of Famer JBL sees a huge title change coming for WrestleMania 41, one that’ll leave Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker belt-less.
Breakker will defend his title in a fatal four-way match against PENTA, Finn Balor, and Dominik Mysterio, the latter two both being Judgment Day members.
On a recent edition of the “Something to Wrestle” podcast, JBL shared his hope that Mysterio takes home the gold. He said,
“I’d put it on Dominik. Not a doubt in my mind. I’d find a way for Dominik to win that thing. You beat three great guys like that. He’d have so much heat with that Intercontinental title and then not defend it, find a way to get out of matches. I think Dominik’s such a great heel. If I’m booking, I got it on Dominik.”
Mysterio recently claimed that if it comes to it, he will help Balor win the match, calling Finn the closest thing he’s ever had to a father.
JBL knows all about Intercontinental title changes at WrestleMania as he lost the gold in mere seconds in 2009 against Rey Mysterio.
