Joe Hendry made his WrestleMania debut this year against Randy Orton but this won’t be the last time the Scottish star is at WWE’s biggest event.
On a recent edition of the “Insight” podcast, Hendry shared that he plans on having many more WrestleMania moments in the future. He said,
“I really hope that there are WrestleMania moments. Who knows what’s gonna happen next. I’m in my contract year right now, and it’s a very exciting time, and I’m doing my best to give the audience everything I can give.”
Hendry’s talk of contracts and WrestleManias comes amid reports that WWE plans to sign the TNA World Champion when he becomes available.
WWE considers Hendry a ‘lock’ as a future signing despite his current stance as the top star of TNA Wrestling.
Later this month, Hendry will defend the TNA World Championship against Trick Williams at the WWE NXT: Battleground pay-per-view event.
