TNA World Champion Joe Hendry is training with some notable names ahead of his upcoming title defense at this weekend’s WWE NXT: Battleground pay-per-view event.
On Twitter, Hendry shared a photo of himself standing alongside CM Punk and Ace Steel, captioned: “Learning from the best 👏👏.”

Hendry will defend the gold against Trick Williams. Their feud has played out over both WWE NXT and in TNA Wrestling.
If successful, Williams will become the first wrestler of either side to win a title from the other company since WWE began teaming with TNA in 2024.
