R-Truth may consider John Cena to be his ‘childhood hero’ but the reigning Undisputed WWE Champion doesn’t see things the same way.
While speaking at a recent Philadelphia Fan Expo, Cena was asked about Truth, who, despite his claims of growing up watching John, is older than Cena. He said,
“How in the space-time continuum can I be R-Truth’s childhood hero, when he’s 150 years old? It doesn’t make any sense!”
Cena and Truth will face off at Saturday Night’s Main Event. The ‘Unseen Seventeen’ attacked Truth after WWE Backlash: St. Louis.
The pair battled on pay-per-view in 2011 for the WWE Championship shortly after Truth turned heel. Cena would retain the title.
