The Vince McMahon-Janel Grant saga has taken another turn.
Pwinsider is reporting that a judge has denied Janel Grant’s motion for a status conference regarding her lawsuit against Vince McMahon, WWE, and John Laurinaitis.
United States District Court Judge Sarah F. Russell made the ruling, explaining that the previous stay had already been lifted.
Grant is allowed to submit an amended complaint by January 31, which may include any arguments she wishes to make.
Judge Russell also stated that WWE and McMahon’s efforts to compel arbitration will be postponed until Grant files her amended complaint.
If Grant fails, the court may issue another ruling post-January.
