As we’ve been reporting here on eWn, Cody Rhodes sustained an injury at WWE Elimination Chamber: Toronto when rapper Travis Scott legitimately struck him in the head.
During the show’s climax, Scott slapped Rhodes on the side of the head, reportedly causing an eardrum injury as well as a black eye.
During a recent appearance on the “Unlikely” podcast, Kevin Owens approved of Scott’s controversial slap to Cody at WWE Elimination Chamber: Toronto.
Owens said, “I don’t really know what else you could expect from Travis Scott. He did what he knows how to do. He punched a guy right in the face. Personally, I think it was fantastic. Well deserved. Cody had it coming. If only for the selfishness of the pyro, but then all the other stuff too. Travis Scott has my seal of approval.”
