Former WWE Superstar MVP has declared that The Hurt Business is dead as speculation continues about a possible reunion of the group.
MVP and Bobby Lashley wrapped up their respective runs with WWE earlier this year and it’s been reported that they intend to reunite outside the company.
On Instagram, MVP responded to a fan eager to see The Hurt Business back together stating that “The Hurt Business is dead. BUT, our BUSINESS lives on.”
MVP has filed a trademark for the term ‘The Hurt Syndicate.’ It has been reported that he, Lashley, and Shelton Benjamin are in talks with AEW.
Benjamin was released from WWE in September 2023. Fellow Hurt Business alum Cedric Alexander re-signed with WWE this year.
