Since January 2025, Oba Femi has held the NXT Championship, and his next title defense is set for NXT Battleground on May 25th, where he’ll face Myles Borne.

As the event approaches, Femi has been making media appearances, including a recent conversation with Jim Varsallone. During their chat, Femi revealed an intriguing interest – a potential move into MMA. He said,

“That definitely piques my interest. If the opportunity is there and it works out, I’d absolutely go for it… TKO.”

Given that WWE and UFC both fall under the TKO Group Holdings umbrella, the crossover potential is real — especially with several fighters and wrestlers having already made appearances in each other’s worlds.

The late Sabu is being honored with a special spotlight on Peacock. The WWE section of the streaming service now features a carousel titled “Remembering Sabu,” showcasing pay-per-views, TV episodes, and other content from WWE, ECW, and beyond. It also includes a video compilation titled “Sabu’s Greatest Moments.”

Tickets are now on sale for WWE’s upcoming tour of the UK and France, leading up to WWE Clash in Paris. The tour runs from August 22 to August 29, culminating in the premium live event on August 31, followed by a special post-PPV episode of Raw on September 1.

Natalya recently shared that winning the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship is a key goal she wants to achieve before considering her career complete. Introduced alongside the Women’s United States Championship late last year, these titles have added new milestones for the women’s division.

In a recent interview with “Sportskeeda WrestleBinge,” Natalya expressed her strong desire to capture one of these prestigious new championships. She said,

“Why I’m so hungry is because I’m not resting on a title. The last time I won a title in WWE was in 2017, so it’s been eight years since I’ve won a title. So when Triple H introduced the new Women’s US Championship and the IC Title, I was just like those are two championships that I want to have.”

She continued, “I’ve never had a singles match against Lyra [Valkyria] or worked against Chelsea [Green] in a championship match. So to me, I don’t feel like my career will be complete unless I win that Women’s IC Title.”
