Nia Jax was successful in retaining her WWE Women’s Championship at Bad Blood 2024, but not without the title nearly slipping out of her hands.

The Queen of the Ring was up against a game Bayley, who took the fight to The Irresistible Force and nearly had the match won at various times. But Jax was able to keep a slight advantage due to her size and power, which proved to be too much of a mountain for Bayley to climb.

Nevertheless, Jax was nearly dethroned from an outside source as after referee Jessika Carr was temporarily taken out, Tiffany Stratton ran down to the ring with her Money in the Bank briefcase in tow, ready to cash in.

Had it not been for Jax stirring back to consciousness and catching Stratton red-handed, intimidating her into rescinding the cash-in attempt before it had been made official, she may have been able to capitalize on the downed champion and challenger. Instead, she kept to the side and even helped distract Bayley so Jax could hit a Samoan Drop for the victory.

Jax left with an angry look on her face, clearly upset at Stratton for nearly stealing her title.
