Add two more NXT names to the list of talent released on Friday from World Wrestling Entertainment, as it appears Oro Mensah is gone from the roster, too, as well as Javier Bernal.
Bernal had been out of action from June 2024 until earlier this year after suffering a foot injury, before moving over to the WWE EVOLVE roster.
Oro Mensah was also recently transitioned to the EVOLVE roster, and was just seen earlier this week on Tuesday’s episode of NXT with the breakup of Meta-Four, where Lash Legend specifically called attention to him needing to spread his wings there, along with her tag team partner Jakara Jackson, who has also been released. Whether that means bad news for Lash Legend and Noam Dar remains to be seen, but given the tone of that segment, as well as how Legend’s been utilized more often and Dar is currently holding the NXT Heritage Cup, those two are likely safe.
