Jade Cargill made history on Saturday at WWE Night of Champions: Riyadh 2025, defeating Asuka in the finals to win the Queen of the Ring tournament. This marks the first Queen of the Ring victory in Cargill’s WWE career.
Following her win, Cargill’s talent agency, Paradigm Sports Group, took to Instagram to celebrate. Their caption reads as follows,
“All hail the Queen! Jade Cargill dominates and conquers to become your 2025 WWE Queen of the Ring. Strength, style, and pure dominance — a Storm is coming to SummerSlam!”

With this victory, Cargill has earned a WWE Women’s Championship opportunity at SummerSlam 2025. Current champion Tiffany Stratton awaits — though Naomi, who holds the Money in the Bank briefcase, could insert herself into the title picture at any moment over the next year.
WWE SummerSlam 2025 is scheduled for August 2–3 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The event will stream live on Peacock in the U.S. and on Netflix for international viewers.
