A new report has hinted at potential changes to the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony’s schedule next year, following criticism of this year’s event. The 2025 ceremony, held after Friday Night SmackDown, didn’t begin until 1 AM ET/10 PM PT and ran for over three hours — drawing backlash from fans and talent alike over its late start and lengthy runtime.

According to a report from Fightful Select, WWE is already considering adjustments. One source within the company reportedly said it’s “highly unlikely” that next year’s ceremony will run as long, and if it does, it “probably won’t be in that time slot.”

The awkward timing and extended length were even mentioned during the show itself by figures like Shawn Michaels — who had an early call time for NXT Stand & Deliver — and Triple H, suggesting that changes may be a priority moving forward.
