WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso vs. Logan Paul is expected to happen sooner or later, but the match will not come at WWE Backlash: St Louis.
According to a report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the match is instead expected to take place at Saturday Night’s Main Event on May 24.
The report adds that WWE wanted to reserve the match for the NBC special, instead of adding it to an already stacked Backlash pay-per-view event.
Ticket sales have been strong for SNME, with 9,224 tickets distributed for the event that is set up to hold 9,762 fans.
Uso won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 41. At the same event, Logan Paul earned a win over AJ Styles.
