Cora Jade was released from WWE this week, bringing an end to a career in the company that began in 2021 for the former NXT Women’s Tag Champion.
On Twitter, Roxanne Perez, a longtime friend, ally, and in-ring adversary of Jade, reacted to the news of the release.

Jade is among many cut from WWE, a list that includes Braun Strowman, Dakota Kai, Shayna Baszler, Eddy Thorpe, Katana Chance and Kayden Carter.
As an NXT talent, Jade, now going by Elayna Black, will have to wait out a 30-day non-compete clause before she wrestles elsewhere.
