As we reported earlier here on eWn, TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace and Naomi appeared in the 2024 women’s WWE Royal Rumble match. Grace entered at #5 and was eliminated by Bianca Belair, while Naomi entered at #2 and was eliminated by Jade Cargill.
Several other surprise returns took place during the match, including Roxanne Perez (#27), Jade Cargill (#28), Tiffany Stratton (#29), and Liv Morgan (#30).
Jordynne Grace’s appearance marks the second time a TNA Knockouts Champion has been in a Royal Rumble match after Mickie James did the same in 2022. While Grace’s appearance is said to be a one-off, the same can’t be said for Naomi.
Naomi, who made her return to WWE after nearly two years, has reportedly signed a new deal with the company.
Bayley wound up winning the 2024 women’s Royal Rumble match.
