Shotzi Blackheart is excited about her return to the independent wrestling scene, particularly because she is earning more money now.
As we previously reported here on eWn, Shotzi made a surprise appearance at the GCW Tournament of Survival. She also showed up at Hoodslam and has several more independent bookings on the horizon.
These back-to-back indie bookings drew criticism from a fan on Instagram, who accused Shotzi of “trying to kill herself for some change.”
In response, Shotzi wrote,
“I made more money in two days than what WWE paid me in a week.”
On May 3, 2025, Shotzi departed WWE as her contract expired, ending her six-year tenure with the company.
