The Miz is ready to celebrate The New Day for turning on Big E, going as far as to describe his fellow former WWE World Champion as “excess baggage.”
During Monday’s episode of WWE RAW, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods made clear they were done with Big E, and claimed that he will never be cleared to wrestle again.
On a recent edition of “The Pat McAfee Show,” The Miz shared his delight in what transpired during RAW. He said,
“I’m glad they did that. I think we should celebrate the fact that Kofi and Xavier are coming to terms with who they are and what they need to do to succeed in WWE and that is to get rid of the excess baggage, which is Big E.”
The Miz has been aligned with Karrion Kross, who first started bringing up issues within The New Day earlier this year.
Big E has been out of action since March 2022 due to a broken neck. He has maintained several roles with WWE out of the ring.
