During a recent edition of his “Six Feet Under” podcast, The Undertaker revealed that he underwent a heart procedure in April, shortly after WrestleMania 41 weekend.
The Undertaker’s wife and co-host, Michelle McCool, noted that following a heart scan in March, they faced a stressful five weeks leading up to WrestleMania 41.
The Undertaker was diagnosed with Chronic Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) without exhibiting symptoms and spent four nights in the hospital. His ejection fraction was measured at 30%.
Attempts to temporarily restore The Undertaker’s heart rhythm were unsuccessful, leading to surgery shortly after he returned from inducting McCool into the WWE Hall of Fame.
McCool confirmed that her husband is doing well now, but she was deeply concerned about his health during that time.
