During Saturday’s WWE WrestleMania 41 (Night One) pay-per-view event in Las Vegas, Tiffany Stratton defeated Charlotte Flair to retain the WWE Women’s Championship.
Stratton got a special Barbie-themed Proto Hologram entrance for her match at Allegiant Stadium.
During the post-WrestleMania 41 (Night One) media scrum, Stratton discussed her special entrance at Saturday’s event, noting that she had always planned it and had even pitched the idea while in NXT. She said,
“I had this Tiffany Epiphany in my head for a while, even before I got signed by WWE. While I was training, I always wanted to have the persona of the Buff Barbie Doll and I always envisioned coming out of a Barbie box for an entrance one day. I pitched it in NXT and it never happened. I’m so grateful it didn’t happen because it happened on the biggest stage at WrestleMania and I’m so grateful. Triple H actually came to me and asked me about the idea. I was immediately like, ‘Yes, 100%. Let’s do it. I am so done for this.’ I can’t take full credit, but it was a dream come true for me. Walking out to all of those people, it was so exhilarating. I was just trying to be in the moment as much as possible because in those moments, it is so hard to not be thinking about, ‘I hope I don’t look stupid. I hope the match goes okay. I hope I’m okay after.’ I was trying so hard to be in the moment and I feel I was in the moment and I was trying to look out into the crowd and it was so amazing, so exhilarating, and I’m super grateful.”
During her grueling match against Charlotte Flair, concerns arose that Tiffany Stratton had chipped a tooth.
However, Stratton later reassured everyone through social media that she still has all her teeth.
