On this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown, Nia Jax came out for a promo segment to say that she was informed she would have to defend her WWE Women’s Championship at WWE Bad Blood, but wasn’t aware of who her opponent will be.
Bayley interrupted, calling her shot as the one who deserves a rematch. She mentioned how Jax needed Tiffany Stratton to help her win the title, whereas she didn’t need Damage CTRL for help to win the belt at WrestleMania XL.

In an awkward moment, after Bayley mentioned beating Stratton, Ms. Money in the Bank had a freudian slip, blaming Jax as the only reason she lost to Bayley in the first place. Stratton naturally backtracked her comment in fear.

Then, it was time for another WWE Superstar to interrupt, as Naomi also put her name in the hat for a women’s title shot.
Jax’s answer to all this was to suggest a match to settle who gets the next opportunity. Bayley and Naomi misinterpreted this as a Triple Threat offer, only for Jax to put out a different idea – those two against Jax and Stratton next week in a tag team match. The winner on their side who gets the pin will get the title shot.
After they accepted the offer, Jax altered the deal with another twist. If Jax and Stratton win, whoever takes the pin between Bayley and Naomi has to leave SmackDown forever.
