WWE Ambassador Titus O’Neil enjoys getting into the ring, but won’t let his life be centered around the prospect of wrestling for the company again.

O’Neil hasn’t competed for WWE in years but serves as the official Global Ambassador, representing WWE in various philanthropic endeavors.

On a recent edition of the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, O’Neil discussed his possible return to the ring and other plans he has in the works. He said,

“My life, it’s not centered around just being in the ring. I enjoy competing, I enjoy entertaining but honestly at this point in my life I have so many projects that are coming up with film and television, that’s an area that I’ve had a desire to go through…I’ve really sunk my teeth into hopefully having some success and a lot of success in comparison to my counterparts that have also moved into that space.

“Dave Bautista, John Cena, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. I want to be able to have my name in the lights with those guys not just because of my background and past with the WWE or my position with the WWE, I want to be great cause I want to be great at everything I do.”

In 2022, O’Neil said that he and WWE had been talking about an in-ring return, but he underwent surgery on his knee that same year.

O’Neil is a former WWE Tag Team Champion and the inaugural 24/7 Champion. He received the Warrior Award in 2021 as the previous year’s recipient.
