Trick Williams Reacts To His WWE NXT World Heavyweight Championship Win

Following his win over Ilja Dragunov to capture the WWE NXT World Heavyweight Championship on this week’s episode of Spring Breakin’ (Night One), Trick Williams spoke in a WWE “Digital Exclusive” to react to his win. He said,

“Man, it means the world to me, man. I’ve been fighting a long time for this. This is a testament of that hard work. I’ve been fighting for this. I come from fighters. I’ve been fighting my whole life. My momma’s fighting right now, she’s in the hospital. My brother’s been fighting for a long time. It’s all good.”

He continued, “So I did this, it’s bigger than me. It’s not just for me. It’s for everybody, the people who love me, the people that have been having my back for a long time. They’ve taught me how to fight, and I’m gonna keep fighting. I’m never gonna stop fighting. Believe that. NXT, we in good hands, baby. Believe that.”

In another “Digital Exclusive” following WWE NXT Spring Breakin’ (Night One), Tatum Paxley said she’s “not done” yet.

Paxley lost to Lyra Valkyria and Roxanne Perez for the WWE NXT Women’s Championship at Spring Breakin’ (Night One). Paxley said,

“How am I feeling? I feel pain. I tried so hard, and I was this close. I was so close to taking what is finally meant to be mine. I cannot take one more second of that title not being mine. If I have to wait one more day for that title, I am going to take my fingernails and gouge them so deep into my eye sockets, I don’t even have to see Roxanne with my title anymore.”

She continued, “But you wanna know what? Even with two holes in my head, that won’t stop me from finding my title. I am not done.”
