On Thursday afternoon, Wrestlenomics reported that WrestleMania 42 would no longer be held in New Orleans. The Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation released a statement confirming the change, noting that the event will be rescheduled for a future year. The statement also announced that WWE Money in the Bank will take place in New Orleans in 2026.
On Friday, Triple H officially confirmed that WrestleMania 42 has been moved from New Orleans but assured fans that the city will still host a future WrestleMania. He also revealed that WWE Money in the Bank 2026 is scheduled for Saturday, August 29th in New Orleans.
