A familiar face was backstage at this week’s WWE NXT TV tapings in Orlando, Florida.
Fightful Select is reporting that Gail Kim was present behind the scenes during Tuesday’s episode. This marks at least her second visit to NXT in recent weeks. Despite the sightings, WWE officials have clarified that Kim is not currently under contract with the company.
Kim’s departure from TNA Wrestling earlier this year quickly sparked speculation about her future. Both AEW and WWE were reportedly notified of her availability, with advocates within both companies expressing interest in signing her.
WWE has reportedly maintained quiet interest in Kim since her TNA exit, though her visits to NXT have flown under the radar.
