Vince McMahon has refiled his motion to compel arbitration in the lawsuit brought against him by Janel Grant.
Brandon Thurston from Wrestlenomics is reporting that McMahon has refiled the motion, indicating that the filing deadline has arrived. This suggests that WWE likely submitted a refile as well.
The decision to refile stems from the judge in the case approving Grant’s revised lawsuit against the involved parties last month.
As previously noted, Grant is accusing McMahon of sexual assault and sex trafficking.
John Laurinaitis was initially included as a defendant in the lawsuit but was removed after he agreed to cooperate and provide evidence to Grant’s legal team.
