Prior to this week’s WWE SmackDown TV tapings, the following dark match and WWE Speed match took place:
* Dark Match: Michin def. Blair Davenport
* WWE Speed Match: Akira Tozawa def. Riley Osbourne
Following this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown, Jimmy and Jey Uso reunited in the ring after Jimmy and Roman Reigns fought off Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu.
Jey Uso came out by himself in a mask and laid waste to Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa to cost them the WWE Tag Team Championships to the Motor City Machine Guns.
Following the match, Jimmy and Jey stared each other down and then hugged as Reigns looked on from the stage.
