After John Cena defeated Cody Rhodes in the main event of WrestleMania 41 (Night Two), the new Undisputed WWE Champion is scheduled to open tonight’s episode of WWE RAW. He has promised to “ruin wrestling” and to retire as the last WWE Champion.
In other news, PENTA has commented on his brother Rey Fenix joining WWE and the hope that they will be reunited as the Lucha Brothers tag team. Both made their WrestleMania debuts at WrestleMania 41. PENTA challenged for the WWE Intercontinental Championship in a Fatal 4-Way, while Fenix stepped in to replace an injured Rey Mysterio in a losing effort to El Grande Americano.
Before those matches took place, PENTA was interviewed by Denise Salcedo on the WWE Hall of Fame red carpet and said the following:
“So proud of my brother, because that’s my little brother, and finally, after almost one year [when] my brother didn’t have any matches, I saw my brother on TV at my house when he debuted. It’s like me and my daughter [are so] proud of my brother. I feel very happy for my brother and for me, too, because finally, the Lucha Brothers are together here, the best tag team in the universe, together, in the best company in the universe, too.”
