Next week’s episode of WWE SmackDown will take place on Friday, February 14, 2025 at the Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., and WWE is stacking up the show with some important matches heading into Elimination Chamber 2025.
The final qualifying bouts for those Elimination Chamber matches will take place as the women’s United States champion Chelsea Green goes up against one half of the women’s tag team champions Naomi, and another Triple Threat match will see Damian Priest, Braun Strowman, and Jacob Fatu clash for the remaining spot in the men’s Elimination Chamber.

Tiffany Stratton is also going to be defending the WWE Women’s Championship against Nia Jax, who she defeated via Money in the Bank cash-in to win the title in the first place.
It seems The Motor City Machine Guns will be in action against Legado del Fantasma—likely Los Garza—but no graphic was put up on the screen or anything to make it official that Angel and Berto would be the ones against Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin. While that appears like a foregone conclusion, it’s still worth mentioning if it isn’t official, that’s still just speculation.

Speaking of speculation, there is also a chance #DIY will be defending the WWE Tag Team Championship against Pretty Deadly after Kit Wilson and Elton Prince defeated Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa on this week’s episode (with the stipulation in place that if they won, they would get a future title shot), though WWE didn’t bother to confirm when this would take place.
