Long-time iMPACT! Wrestling director Dave Sahadi has been released from the company. According to sources, the release is being called a “cost-cutting” move. For those unaware, Sahadi worked for WWE as “Director of On Air Promotion” before moving to “TNA” in 2006. When Sahadi signed with “TNA” back in 2006, it was seen as a “major hire” as he was responsible for a lot of the video features and material that aired before and during pay-per-view events. He was basically TNA’s “Kevin Dunn” of WWE.
Those who worked closely with Sahadi have nothing but high praise for him, calling him an “extremely talented Director”.
