The reigning Queen of the Ring Zelina Vega was a recent guest on “WWE Deutschland.” Zelina spoke about her goals for 2023, which include winning the Money in the Bank briefcase and capturing the Queen of the Ring crown once more. She said,
“I was actually talking to Santos about this because wouldn’t it be cool to see Mr. and Mrs. Money in the Bank of me and Santos? Wouldn’t it be cool to see a second-time Queen of the Ring winner with him as the King of the Ring? I feel like there’s just so much we can do there.”
WWE Money in the Bank 2023 is set to take place from the O2 Arena in London on July 1, 2023. There has not been an announcement about reviving the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments as of this writing, but recent trademark filings hint that it could happen.
