Zema Ion has said that the injury to Jesse Sorensen was “nobody’s fault”. Sorensen suffered a C1 vertebral fracture in the opening match at TNA Against All Odds on Sunday against Ion, after he was hit in the head by one of Ion’s knees during a moonsault. Sorensen is still hospitalized and is slowly regaining feeling in his limbs.
Check out Zema Ion’s tweets in full. He said: “Thank you to everyone who has shown concern and prayed for Jesse. Unfortunately, freak accidents can occur in wrestling. Its nobodys fault… we risk injury every time we step in the ring. Unfortunate situation. Continue to pray and support him. Thanks for all the tweets.”
