He is currently under a full-time contract with Ring of Honor (ROH), which allows him to also work on the Mexican, Canadian, and U.S. independent circuit, most notably for Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG). He is a fourth-generation wrestler, son of Apóstol Jr., brother of AAA wrestler Myzteziz Jr. and cousin of Magia Blanca. His real name is not a matter of public record as is often the case with masked wrestlers in Mexico.

Bandido previously worked under the ring names Magnifico II and Cielito, but since 2016 has used the Bandido ring character; including a mask that incorporates a bandana covering the lower part of his face, in the style of Wild West outlaw. Bandido regularly teams with Flamita forming a duo known as “Mexa Blood”. He has held the PWG World Championship and The Crash Heavyweight Championship. Also, he’s a ROH World Six Man Tag Team Champion with Flamita and Rey Horus and winner of PWG’s 2019 Battle of Los Angeles.
