He is the current Co-Chief Executive Officer of WWE with Stephanie McMahon, which was decided in the aftermath of Vince McMahon’s retirement. Before that, he was appointed the positions of President & Chief Revenue Officer.

He has risen through the ranks of WWE in a relatively short time. Following his suggestion, Vince McMahon & WWE scaled back on its roster since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic for budgetary reasons. Nothing is known about his personal life.
