Michael is currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW) under the ring name Wardlow. He previously served as the bodyguard of MJF (Maxwell Jacob Friedman) and a member of The Pinnacle faction, before turning on his employer. On February 19th, 2020, he participated in AEW’s first-ever steel cage match on an episode of Dynamite.

His first individual success came at the Revolution PPV in 2022, when he won a ladder match to earn a shot at the TNT Championship. While he did not succeed this time, he later won the TNT title in July after overcoming MJF in a high-profile feud. He won the title again at AEW Revolution 2023 by defeating Samoa Joe.
