Here are the results for this week’s edition of AEW Dark:

Lance Archer defeated Zicky Dice via pinfall.

This was a short squash match, with Archer throwing Dice to the ring before he made his entrance. Lasting just a few minutes, Archer followed up on a vicious Chokeslam with the Blackout for the 1-2-3.

After the match, Matt Hardy appeared in a backstage segment offering “Big Money” to Angelico if he can “delete Christian Cage once and for all”. This was ahead of this Friday’s episode of AEW Dynamite, where Cage and Angelico will face off.

Abadon defeated Willow Nightingale via pinfall.

Abadon picked up another win on AEW Dark, after wrapping her leg around Nightingale’s head, performing a swift DDT. Traditional Abadon match, with her threatening to bite both her competitor and the referee. Ricky Starks was a highlight on commentary.

Cezar Bononi with The Wingman defeats Cyrus via pinfall

A huge show of strength by Bononi for the pin. Both men were given time to show their ability, with Cyrus missing a Moonsault shortly before the finish. Featured some interference from The Wingmen.

Angelico defeated Matthew Justice via submission

This was Justice’s AEW Dark debut and featured a worrying spot where he crashed into the guardrail. Angelico gained control over the match after Justice missed a splash from the top-rope, before shortly locking in the Navarro Death Roll for the victory.

Tay Conti with -1 defeated Natalia Markova via pinfall.

Conti produced a series of stiff moves throughout the match, including one particularly strong kick. It was no surprise Markova ended up with a bloody nose after some of those kicks. Conti would pick up the victory with the D-D-Tay. Markova is now 0-2 on AEW in 2021 meanwhile, Conti is the number two ranked female in AEW.

The Chaos Project (Luther & Serpentico) defeated JP & Tommy Daily via pinfall.

JP & Tommy Daily were making their tag-team debut on AEW Dark, and held their own against Chaos Project. Chaos Project cut the ring in half, keeping Tommy away from JP. Once the latter finally got the hot-tag, he produced a barrage of Dropkicks. Once Chaos Project regained control The Creeping Death on Tommy Daily ultimately brought them victory.

Marko Stunt defeated Ariel Dominguez via pinfall.

Stunt and Dominguez had a short but hard-hitting match. The highlight of which, was a lethal three-piece combo from Stunt for the finish, with an Elbow Drop followed by a stiff Clothesline and then a Sliced Bread for the win.

Aaron Solow with The Factory defeated Sonny Kiss via pinfall.

Interference was the name of the game here. Earlier on in the show, Joey Janela had ensured Kiss he would be at ringside for his match but decided to no-show. This would then lead to a post-match beatdown of Kiss by Solow, QT Marshall and Nick Comoroto of The Factory. Janela never showed.

Nyla Rose with Vickie Guerrero defeated Missa Kate via pinfall.

Kate was the next of a series of wrestlers making their AEW debut, and she didn’t hang around for long. Rose made quick work of her with the Beast Bomb.

QT Marshall with The Factory defeated Bear Bronson via pinfall.

One of the longest matches on the show, both competitors went back and forth. Bronson looked set to have the win after an extremely close two-count. Marshall would eventually pick up the win with the Diamond Cutter after hitting a lethal Enziguri/Superkick combination. Unlike the first match featuring The Factory, there was no post-match beatdown here.

Thunder Rosa defeated Megan Bayne via submission.

Rosa looked set to have the win in under a minute after locking in a series of tight submissions. It ended up taking a little longer, but Rosa would tap out Bayne with an Ankle-Lock.

The Dark Order (Stu Grayson, 10, Colt Cabana) defeated Kit Sackett, Dan Barry & Justin Law via pinfall.

One of AEW’s premiere factions vs a first-time trio was only going to go one way. It was another excellent performance from The Dark Order on AEW Dark, with Grayson picking up the pin. Perhaps the biggest highlight of the match was Excalibur letting slip an expletive on commentary, which was then greeted by manic laughs from both him and Taz.

Big Swole & KiLynn King with Red Velvet defeated Sea Stars (Ashley Vox & Delmi Exo) via pinfall.

Short match this one, with King grabbing the pin after the Kingdom Falls. Was followed by a short backstage segment from The Factory, with QT Marshall bragging about pinning Cody Rhodes on last Friday’s episode of Dynamite.

Matt Sydal with Mike Sydal defeated Dante Martin via pinfall.

The main event lived up to its place on the card, as one of AEW’s most exciting young high-flyers Dante Martin faced up against the experienced Matt Sydal. Both men showed an excellent array of airborne moves, from Springboard Dives, Float-Over-Stunners and much more.

The more experienced Sydal would eventually show he had Martin’s number. Catching the nineteen-year-old with the Lightning Spiral, Sydal managed to pick up the pinfall victory. The closing shot after the match would then be Sydal raising Martin’s hand, a sign of respect after a very solid main event.
