Bryan Danielson opens up the show with a promo. Danielson says he won’t be medically cleared for Blood and Guts or the AEWxNJPW Forbidden Door pay-per-view (PPV). Danielson is disappointed about missing out on his highly-anticipated match with Zac Sabre Jr. Danielson says he’s found a replacement for that match, but he won’t reveal who it is just yet. Sabre’s music hits and he comes out on the ramp and the pair staredown to end the segment.
Orange Cassidy and Roppongi Vice (Trent Beretta and Rocky Romero) vs. Will Ospreay and Aussie Open (Kyle Fletcher and Mark Davis)
Cassidy hit Fletcher with the Orange Punch for the victory.

We get a backstage interview with Jay Lethal, Sonjay Dutt and Satnam Singh. Lethal vows to win the ROH Pure Championship from Wheeler Yuta. He also said if Samoa Joe doesn’t show up with the ROH TV Title, he must vacate it.
Christian Cage comes out for a promo. Cage said he saw how talented Jungle Boy was and tried to hitch a ride to him for a bigger paycheck. However, he has no real interest in helping young talent. He simply wants to make as much money as possible. Cage then takes aim at Jungle Boy’s dead father, and the Jurassic Express’ music hits and Luchasaurus comes out. Luchasaurus starts choking Cage but then says they need to talk in private. He tells Luchasaurus to let go, saying he’s like a son to him. They hug and leave the ring together.
AEW Mid-Atlantic Championship Qualifying Match: Malakai Black vs. Penta Oscuro
Black nailed Oscuro with a Spinning Back Heel Kick for the win.
Winner: Malakai Black
After the match, Pac comes to the ring, and Miro comes on the big screen. He says he’ll walk through the Forbidden Door and drag everyone with him.
Hangman Page vs. Silas Young
Page picked up the win with a Buckshot lariat.
Winner: Adam Page
After the match, Adam Cole gets on the mic and teases a story time, but he’s interrupted by Jay White. White says he can’t make Cole his opponent for Forbidden Door, but everyone is wondering who he’ll face for the IWGP Heavyweight Title. Walking to the ring, White says it won’t be Page. White and Page start begin brawling, and Cole comes in to help White get the upper hand. However, Okada’s music hits, and he comes to the ring to even the odds.
Marina Shafir vs. Toni Storm
Storm picked up the win with a rollup pin on Shafir.
Winner: Toni Storm
Nyla Rose and Shafir attacked Storm after the match, but Thunder Rosa hit the ring to make the save. Storm manages to get her hands on the AEW Women’s Title, but then gives it back to Rosa.
Chris Jericho and Lance Archer vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi and Jon Moxley
Moxley nailed Archer with a Paradigm Shift, and Tanahashi tagged in, hit a Frogsplash, and picked up the three count for the win.
Winners: Jon Moxley and Hiroshi Tanahashi
Moxley and Tanahashi have a staredown inside the ring after the match, while Eddie Kingston, Wheeler Yuta, Minoru Suzuki, Shota Umino, Sammy Guevara, Chris Jericho, and more all brawl outside the ring.
