AEW Collision Results

The show opens with a contract signing hosted by Tony Schiavone, between Nigel McGuinness, Daniel Garcia and FTR (w/ Stokely Hathaway). Adam Cole is on commentary. Cash Wheeler gives them one more chance to reconsider their decision to have this match. No matter how much Garcia has stabbed them in the back, FTR still sees him as a son. Nigel McGuinness likes to hide behind the commentary table, make jokes, and then interfere in their business. There will be no magic tricks to save his ass at Double Or Nothing when they face the greatest tag team of all time. FTR signs the contract.

Daniel Garcia tells FTR it was they who turned on him. He is standing up for Tony Schiavone, Daddy Magic, Adam Copeland and his family, along with everyone else who has had enough of them. They were right about being the best tag team wrestling has ever seen, but this Sunday won’t be a wrestling match. It will be a fight.

Garcia knows McGuinness has doubts, but he sees the look in his eyes, which is the same as when he was wrestling Bryan Danielson and Samoa Joe as one of the best World Champions of all time. No matter what they say or feel, everyone knows he’s still got it. Before Nigel signs the contract, he needs FTR to assure they don’t attack him, or even look at Tony Schiavone the wrong way, or it will be “top guys out”… for good.

Dax Harwood wants him to look him in the eyes as he signs the contract, just to be sure he knows what he’s about to do. The wrestling business has beat him up over the years, and if he wants FTR to finish the job, sign the contract, but his blood will be on his hands. FTR will hold no responsibility for what happens.

Harwood puts his hand on McGuinness, which quickly sparks a fight. The babyfaces come out on top as security arrives. Nigel will look in to their souls at Double Or Nothing. He signs the contract and states this is the end.
