Perry gets out of the ring as he wants nothing to do with the Whole F’N Show. As RVD talks to Jerry Lynn, Perry tries blindsiding him with a chair, but a roundhouse kick sends Perry running again.
#2. Jon Moxley vs. Penta El Zero Miedo vs. Trent Beretta – Winner: Trent Beretta
Moxley attacks Beretta after the bell. The BCC march to ringside but are cut off by Best Friends and they ensure nothing else happens to Beretta.
Rob Van Dam is on hand to tell us why he is here. Guess what? He wants to challenge Jack Perry for the FTW title. And when he does, he will elevate that title to new heights, because he is Rob… Van… Dam.
MJF has the crowd chanting for him. He is a little emotional, so bear with him for a moment. As some may know, he has attention deficit disorder. With that disorder comes with it another called rejection symptom disorder. Sometimes that makes life really difficult for him. There’s a lot about his past we don’t know. He has bullied, cheated, lied to, and beaten up. There is one thing he remembers, and that was when kids threw pockets of quarters at him and told “Jew Boy” to pick them up. He can still feel the quarters hitting his skin.
If he wanted to protect himself, he had to stab everyone in the back before they stabbed him in the back. But that is no way to live. He ended up becoming a scumbag. Being a scumbag is easy. Making people hate him is easy. What is hard is being vulnerable and open. He knew with his disorder that he opened himself up, it would kill him if he was rejected. But you know what? He’s not scared anymore. And that is because of the fans. The people taught him they care about Max. They taught him they have sympathy for the devil.
He won’t change overnight… he’s still a scumbag. But he’s ready to be their scumbag. There is one person who taught him that living with hate is no way to live at all. A person he can trust and taught him he can be vulnerable. Even MJF deserves a friend. He introduces one of the best pro wrestlers and human beings in the world, his best friend Adam Cole. He enters and grabs a microphone.
Cole tells Max he continues to impress him. Not just because he’s one of the best wrestlers in the world, but of the man he is becoming. He appreciates him having the guts to share his story. For years he was a jerk, not just because he thought had to do that to succeed, but because he was scared of being a man, and MJF is becoming the man he is meant to be. The people love him. They adore and want to cheer him. That’s because deep down in his soul, there is a good guy in there.
Not only is he incredibly proud, but the fans are incredibly proud of him. MJF loves that Cole is wearing their shirt, but that is not why he called him out here. MJF made him a promise that after their tag match, win, lose, or draw, he would give him a shot at the AEW World Championship. He has been thinking hard and has concluded that he doesn’t deserve a match. Cole doesn’t deserve just any match. He deserves THE match in front of the most historic crowd in the history of our sport, in the main event of All In!
There is no one he would want to make history with more than him, so please sign the contract. Cole signs it, and they hug it out. It’s official. At All In at Wembley Stadium, the main event will be Adam Cole vs. MJF for the World Heavyweight Championship. Backstage, Roderick Strong is throwing a fit breaking stuff at the announcement. The Kingdom tease him about it.
#3. The Elite’s Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks (w/ Brandon Cutler) vs. Jeff Jarrett, Jay Lethal & Satnam Singh (w/ Sonjay Dutt & Karen Jarrett) – Winners: The Elite with an assist from Hangman Page & The Hardys
Mogul Embassy show up at Nick Wayne’s training ground and take everyone out, including Wayne, while Darby Allin isn’t there. They force a bloodied Nick to call Darby. Swerve tells him they are here to haunt him. Mogul Embassy forever.
